Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
By using noob.tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
noob.tools provides free, browser-based IT, networking, and cybersecurity utilities (DNS, SSL/TLS, subnet, encoding, DevOps and related tools) for informational and diagnostic purposes. Tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind — we make a good-faith effort to keep results accurate, but you should independently verify anything security- or infrastructure-critical before acting on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use noob.tools to:
- Scan, probe, or query systems you do not own or lack authorization to test (port scanner, portscan, blacklist and similar tools are meant for auditing your own infrastructure).
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to noob.tools' own infrastructure.
- Automate bulk requests against our server-side endpoints in a way that circumvents the site's rate limits.
- Use the Contact form or any monitoring feature to submit someone else's personal information without their knowledge.
No warranty, limitation of liability
noob.tools is offered free of charge on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, any tool on this site, including inaccurate results, service interruptions, or data loss.
Third-party services
The site displays advertising (Google AdSense) and uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare — see the Privacy Policy for details. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from noob.tools.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
